I have been loving your Practice Plans. It's been transforming my life, changing how I settle into my body, impacting me on the deepest of levels. I've been beyond ecstatic to have found you, and deeply awed, humbled, and honored to witness the heart and soul you put in, how authentically you show up, and how much you care. It feels like you're the answer to so many prayers and a search I've been on for the past decade to find the right teacher and way of approaching yoga and the mind/body connection.

I have to tell you. Your program changed my physical well-being forever! It is something special. You originally popped up on Instagram and I loved how you made yoga fun. When I signed up I was surprised by how much I learned about my body and what to do to make it strong. I have Lordosis and started my journey so weak and feeling like a floppy fish. 😅 🐟 Then, I slowly got stronger and stronger. I can tell you it took about a year, but I can bend backward into the bridge, I can almost do crow. I spent a lot of my time at my family reunion going, "Look what yoga taught me." You taught me bodily awareness, from squeezing my toes to grip the floor to bringing awareness to my breath.

I have been practicing yoga for over 6 years but nobody got me strong like you do. It has been a lovely journey, but now I feel the need to level up and build strength. I am aiming for the handstand and all the fancy arm balances. Your videos are so well explained and it's a pleasure to show up for the next video. I appreciate the practice plans because they are a great way to encourage people to practice yoga daily. For me, this has made a huge change in my journey: it makes me want to practice every day, and instead of seeing the practice as an obligation, I see it as a joyful activity.
